    Once upon a time there was an old man who lived in a small thached house...

    Once upon a time there was an old man who lived in a small thatched house with only one room and a kitchen. He was very fond of money but had plenty of it. He used to have it hid in a hole under the floor in a corner of the kitchen with a flag on the top of it so that nobody could know where it was. One night when he was sitting by the fire two masked men came in and asked the old man for his money "I have no money" he said. They pointed a gun and shot him dead. The searched for his money but could not find it. After that the land lord could get nobody to stay in the house because everyone told him it was haunted. One day after that a man came and called at the landlords house for a nights lodging alright said the land lord you can stay in that house as long as you like. Alright said the man and went off to the house. When
