  1. Some time ago there was a man whose name was Mickeal James. He lived among the mountains in Connemara in a place called "úraid" There was a big farm in this place and it is in it still. Mickeal-James had a lot of children and he had no money to rear them. He had a dream on three nights in succession that there was a bridge in Limerick and it was a bridge of good luck. He made up his mind to go to Limerick and he went across to Limerick by great trouble. When he reached the bridge there
