  1. In a neighbouring field, I about a quarter of a mile from my house, there is what is called a Dolmen. A Dolmen consists of a large flat stone placed upon three stones, and one lying on the ground. The old people say that it got its name from a famous hereo named Dermit who was buried there. I also heard it said that on certain nights of the year there are lights seen going round this Dolmen. The old people also go round it and do the Stations
