    A butter dish is used for the lifting out of the butter. The dish is cleaned, then then the butter is taken out cold water is used in washing the butter-milk out of the butter. When the butter is washed a few times salt is added. The butter is then made into bricks, prints or rolls. The butter milk is used in making cake.
