    Master McCabe was a good swimmer he could have saved himself but he got grieved when he saw the others drowned and he let himself down.
    The dead bodies were laid out in a house near by. The next day an inquest was held on the dead bodies. Then the parents took home their children for burial. It was a terrible sight to see the parents of the children crying on the shore that evening as the boat went down.
    A man named Grey made the boat and when the man came to bring home the boat the mare would not draw it. Then Grey said not to take it or something would happen but the man got another horse and took it home. There is a song made on the drowning of Lough Sillan
