  1. Wedding customs written by Lily Walsh age 14.
    There were many old customs in Ireland years ago. At weddings men dressed up in all sorts of old clothes and have their faces blackened and would go without any invitation, they went under the name of "black men". Another custom was a lot of boys to collect at the wedding house and blow tiles and all sorts of instruments and make a terrible noise.
