  1. Managers of our school written by Daisy Downes age 12.
The first manager of our school was Mrs Doyne of Wells demesne nearby. The Doyne family are supposed to have come over at the time of the Norman invasion. One of the Doyne family built our church and school. They have been managers up to 1926. Since then the rector of the parish is manager.
