    has now begun. I unite all my actions and sufferings with those of Jesus and Mary with the intention of gaining the indulgences to which any good works of mine may be untitled. O my God I am piously resolved to take refuge in Thy Sacred Heart and in every trial the prayer of my heart shall be "Thy will be done"

    also Holy Angel whom god has given me as my Guardian, help me to assist
