  1. The older generations were far healthier than the present generation the reason is that the older generation never ate bread that crossed a counter. They used to make all their own bread.
    They used to make the bread with flour and milk and when they had the cake ready they would put it in a pot oven which is a big round pan with a lid on it and pile burning turf on top of it.
    It is said that before they made the cake they would make the tea and when the cake would be done they
