    Then go to the well with a keeler, (a wooden butter dish) where you know, that the people you intend to take the butter from, draw water to wash their butter.
    Scrub the keeler with a bunch of hay, and the water out of the well, and while you are scrubbing, mumble to yourself
    "All that comes down, comes to me
    All that comes down, comes to me".
    as long as you keep scrubbing.
    If you cannot get to the well, take the keeler to the pond or river, where the cows drink, and scrub it there, but both operations must be done on a May morning before Sunrise.
