it is the sign of good weather. The fire is purple when there is a storm coming. In 1872 there was a big storm. The East wind makes the people dread it because it brings sickness and disease. When rain is coming the moon gets pale and the dog eats grass. Before rain the clouds seem low in the sky. When there are rays from the sun it is the sign of rain. When Moses' ray is in the sky it is the sign of rain.
