    There is an herb for curing the sting of a nettle.
    A man named Jimmy Blake has a cure for colds it is made from garlic, he has a cure for sores and cuts as well. A man from Batterjohn named Thomas Downes for who has a famous ointment made from herbs he sends all over the world for herbs.
    The people around here boil young nettles for young turkeys and ducks when they have them boiled they chop them up and mix them up with the food.
    They feed birds and rabbits with a little yellow flowers on the top called dandelion. There is a weed called pussy cats paws grows here.
