    a man put her into a cabin and locked the door and put stones outside the door but when he got in the morning the cow was gone. The cow only ate grass in these tr three certain places Seanganac, Cluggan and Moyarta which are supposed to be the best land in West Clare. When the famine was over the cow disappeared and no one ever knew where she came from or where she went to when she was going. The name the people used to call the cow was Glasgaiobneach.
