Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent.The people receive Blessed Ashes on their foreheads .It is a sacramental of the Church.
Saint Patrick's day falls on the seventeenth of March .People wear the Shamrock on that day.
Saint Peter and Pauls feast is on the twenty ninth of June.It is a church holiday.On that day all the people in this locality go to St John's Well in Newhall and do a round.
