    going to be destroyed, they ran across the bog with the holy vessels and whatever gold and silver they had and hid them there. They were murdered going back by the soldiers who attacked the monastery. The treasures lie there to this day. A short time ago two men named John Kennedy and Jack Shanahan went to dig for it. They dug a round hole and just when they had the hole dug, a big black turkey cock appeared and they ran away with their lives, and no one ever went to dig for it since.
