    1) Old people believed, that if they left water in which they washed their feet in at night, it had power to let the fairies in. If they were in bed, and the water in the house they would get out of bed and throw it out, for they said that they could not sleep.

    1) Long ago people had no wax candles, and they used to dip a wick in tallow, this old people used for candles.
    2) People made candles from rushes and dipped it in wax this old people used for Candles also.
    All there were giving to me by my Mother.
