    2/ If the sea-gulls come out the country it is a sign of bad weather.
    3/ I a cat scratches any kind of timber it is a sign of bad weather
    4/ When the wild geese change it is a sign of a hard frost.
    5/ If the swallows fly low it is a sign of bad weather.
    6/ If dogs go to sleep in the day it is a sign of bad weather.
    7/ If there is a circle around the moon it is a sign of rain
    8/ If the smoke go up straight it is a sign of frost.
    9/ If there is a lot of redness when the sun is setting it is a sign of a Storm.
    These signs were given to me by my Grandfather Mr Ryan.
