    Coreek.
    Sometime two neighbours plough or harrow for each other. This is called Coreek.
    Earthing.
    This is done twice in May. First about the middle of May & then about a fortnight after.
    Spraying.
    The potato hauln [?] has to be sprayed on account of a disease that come on it & can only be cured by being sprayed with a mixture of washing-soda & blue-stone.
    Digging.
    All potatoes are dug during the months of Autumn. A man comes with a spade & digs the ridges & any place that is hard to dig
