(continued from previous page)This photograph - also an enlargement - is the opposite side of one of the pieces shown on the preceding page. The stone is reddish in colour and seems to be a conglomerate. The stone was broken and used as a flagstone for the back door of the house. The other photo on this page is of a smaller quern, which I have in my possession. The other side(continues on next page)
