  1. Kildinan at the western end of Rathcormac parish belonged to the Fermoy estate. Twohig of Kildinan was to be evicted. Lord Fermoy's rent warner tried to get in through the door but he was driven out. He then made a hole in the thatch. A rafter broke and he fell down on a pot. He had to be taken to Kildinan House on a cart and the Twohigs were never afterwards evicted.
