  1. Cillmagnéir is the name of the townland in which our school is built. It was called that name because there were people living in it by the name of Magners. A funny incidnt happened about five years ago. A priest wanted to see the church in connection with Cillmagnéir. He came to the school and asked the teacher had he any information about it. The Teacher did not know where it was and he sent for a man named Jack Uniacke
