  1. Rheumatism.
    Put of packet of celery seed into two pints of water, and boil until reduced to one pint. Bottle and strain it. A table spoon of it taken fasting, in the morning and at night, is a good cure for Rheumatism.
    Drawing Purposes.
    The white of a dozen eggs with two glasses of whiskey, two glasses of vinegar, two glasses of turpentine, and a half ounce of Horse Horn is good for drawing purposes.
    Kidney Disease.
    GIve milk in which a mouse has been boiled to a person before going to bed to cure kidney disease.
    Pimples.
    Treacle mixed in sulphur drives them out through the body.
    Ire.
    The dust of a rotten stick put on ire cures it.
    Burn.
    A toasted primrose leaf put on a burn cures it.
    Chill-blains.
    Paraffin oil cures chilblains.
