- There is a holy well in Imprick called after St. Declan. In olden days gone by a poor blind Kerryman dreamt that the water of this well would restore his lost sight so he made the journey guided by his wife and was given lodging in a little cabin near the well. After visiting the well and paying rounds daily for a week and bathing his eyes with the water his sight was restored completely.
