    The old road to Castletown went down back of the Village. It crossed Droiceadh Chéim a' Ghabair, also called Cromwells Bridge and on to Cooraniel across Máim along between the Sugar loaf Mountain, on to Adrigole and then on to Castletown. This road is called Seana-Bhothair na Gaile.
