    Strong Men.
    Thomas Luby Kilclough Rinnegan parish of St Johns Co Roscommon.
    He has but one arm carried fifty stones of wheat twenty steps up a stairs. He was able to compete with any man mowing, digging or any other farm work.
    He died at the age of ninety eight years. He lived in this parish sixty years ago.
    Mrs Matthew Duffily Carnamadda Lecarrow, parish of St Johns Co Roscommon.
    She carried a wt of meal on several occasions from Athlone to her home a distance of nine miles. She was reputed for her great strength for many miles around. She lived to the age of ninety years.
