    altogether, when one day a friend advised the man who first saw the ghost to leave the house. This was done and from that day out, no trace of the ghost was ever seen.
    The man who left the house nearly went insane, but he began a little trade of his own namely carpentry which helped to clothe him. This man was known as "spoil-stick," as he was a very bad tradesman.
