    old Danieleen. He played on the pipes for her. She was so charmed with the beautiful music, she presented him with a set of expensive pipes.
    Years rolled by and Danieleen the piper still went around as usual. On a cold Winter's night he died on the roadside from exposure.
    An admirer of his work wrote a few lines to his memory which ran thus:-
    The piper piper Dan from this earth is gone.
    In the ranks of death you'll find him.
    His pipes and bags and his hirsute nag,
    He has left unclaimed behind him.
