- In the evening if the sun sets pale, expect rain on the morrow. In the morning if the sun rises pale it will rain before evening. If the sun is red at sunset, it will be fairly fine. If the sky is red in the evening we will have fair weather. But if the redness goes up far there will be a storm the next day.
A ring around the moon denotes rain. If the stars are shining bright it denotes frosty weather.
The moon and the weather may change together.
But a change in the moon never changes the weather.
If you see a rainbow in the morning there will be rain. If you see a rainbow in the evening, the weather will be fine.
