    weeds are cleaned away. Then the potatoes are sprayed to prevent the blight from injuring them.
    In October the farmer digs the potatoes. The children pick them in buckets after coming from school and make them into heaps. My father sets different kinds of potatoes for instance Champions, Aran Banners, and Epicures. The Champions grow best in my district.
