  1. the cure for manaereck is to get a herb called Blue flower. When a person goes for the cure, the curer gets the herb and rubs it in her hand. If the herb froths the person has the Manaeseck, and if it doesn't froth the person has not it. Any person who has it drinks the froth and the curer says a certain prayer. Mrs H Hehoe of Kheban cures the disease
Yellow- Jaundice is cured by getting a herb and mixing it with whiskey and flesh of a goose. Miss Fennin of bastlemitchell cures it.
The whooping cough is cured by getting a hairy worm and placing it into a bottle, and then putting the bottle down the persons back. No one must go to look for the worm or the person will not be cured.
