There is a "Mass Bush" in Dournane situated on Dournane road, on left-hand side as you proceed from Dournans to Mooncoin. It is on the fence of road at the Douane corner of field opposite Keane's cottage. it is locally believed that if anyone cut a branch off it, he would lose a hand himself. It is said that this happened in the case of a man named Delahunty from Ballybrazils.(no title)
