  2. There are two holy wells in the district of Ballyfarnon.
    One is situated in the townland of Keadue and the other is in Rover. The one in Keadue has a wood around it called Lassar wood. People visit the well every year on the 8th September. Rounds are performed by going around the well three times and by saying the rosary while you are going around the well.
    It is said that Lassar well was on the top of a hill beside Kilronan graveyard
