  1. Sweathouses in my district long ago
    In olden times the people around my home district were a strong healthy and laborious people, this being due to the good substantial food eaten by them.
    Sometimes the old people complained of rheumatism or pain in the back and immediately had recourse to what was known as "sweat houses". Those buildings were usually excavated out of a rock and plastered inside and outside, leaving one opening known as " a door.
    Those houses usually were large enough for two or three people
