    Fairies in my district in olden times
    In the years of our fore-fathers the people of Ireland believed here were such people as Fairies.
    These little people made their dwellings under the raths and green hills of Éirinn. About a half a mile (for) from my home there is a liar or fort and old people in my locality say that Fairies were often seen there on moon-light nights dancing and playing music.
    I have heard a story from my uncle about a man in Arigna who was taken by the Fairies.
