During this time their was a severe snow storm, the poor old shirt was still there. When the man came home he saw the shirt so he walked over to it and addressing it he said "ah" my poor fellow but you are suffering all for the want of being taken in".
The two gentlemen mentioned in my story lived in Greaghglass Lane some time ago.
