    It is good luck to see a white horse on the road.
    When people are making a churn you should not pass between the churn and the fire as it is said that you could take the butter. If the spancel was stolen on May morning it is said that your milk could be stolen for the year.
    If you see a pin on the road and pick it up you would have good luck, but if you leave it there you would have bad luck.
    It is bad luck if the mother goes in the funeral of her first child. If a dog bit you the would would not heal until you kill the dog.
