  1. In the townland of Mun in the farm of John Rudy's is a fort. It is said to be haunted by a fairy woman. She is to be seen at nightfall sitting on the fort knitting. She is dressed in white garments and has beautiful golden hair. Nobody ever went near enough to speak to her but if anyone approached too near her she vanished.
