  1. I had spots on my face for about a month and I tried to cure them with ointment which the chemist gave me. It did no good and then my Father heard of a man named Mr Robert Hood, Ballinful, Co. Sligo, who had a cure for "Calf Scab". He got it for me and it looked like water except it was bluer. He wouldn't tell anybody what he put in it, but it cured me completely after three applications. After a while it loses its power to cure and there is no use keeping it for further use. We threw it out when I was cured.
