- Cures
JaundiceJaundice is a very bad disease. some people die from it. If you get the cure of it you will get better. This is the way Grandma made the cure. First you get old ale then eye bright ferns and water grass. Then you put the mixture into a large basin for twenty hours. When it is a day in the basin you strain it. Then you put the juice of it into bottles. You drink a glass of it every three hours during the day. This cure is handed down in some families.
