  2. A man cut a tree in the fort that is in Carrigane and he had a dream that if he did not put back the tree he wouldn't have a day's luck. He put back the tree again in the same place and it grew again.

  3. Many years ago a fort in Tullihinell was levelled or dug out when the tilling of the land took place some seventy or eighty years ago can still be seen.
    Old people still living say they saw it in a flat surface. As years went by the circle of the fort formed
