    them in heaps. When he is making a heap he levels the ground and he puts the potatoes on it. Then he builds them up and covers them with rushes. After some time he covers them with mould.
    We sow Triumphs, Kerrs Pinks, Aran Banners, American Roses, Golden Dawns, and Epicures. All these potatoes grow well on our farm. Starch is not made from potatoes in this district.
