    Signs of wind:-
If the cat is seen scraping trees.
If a donkey stands with its back to a ditch.
When rays of light appear from the sun at sunset.
When the sheep are gathered in a flock in the field in the morning.
When there are red or copper coloured clouds to the seen in the north.
If pigs are heard grumbling late at night.
A storm never goes past Wednesday because it is said it was on a Wednesday Our Lord calmed the storm at sea.
