    the skin off them. Then they put them in a cloth and squeezed them until all the water was gone out of them. Then they used to put them in a lossid and make a kind of cake out of them with itself and flour and milk. Then they used to put them down on a griddle to bake.
    Potatoe Cake - They used to get potatoes and bruse them up , put flour and milk and butter and salt. Put it down on a griddle or a pan to bake.
