    They girls can make necklaces from daisies in two ways. They can get a needle and thread and slip the daisies into the thread until it is long eneough. Another way for making necklaces is to slit the stem and put the stem into the slit until it is long enough.
    Snares are made from thin copper wire joined by two strings and two pegs. The people set snares for rabbits, where they see the run of a rabbit (they set the snare) and they set the snare about five or six inches from the ground.
    They boys set cribs for catching birds during the Winter season. They generally set the cribs around a sheepcock because the birds are usually looking for hay-seeds in such places.
