met him at the door and he had the keys in his hand. "Oh" said the gentleman, "where did you get the keys, they are my father's keys". I was talking to your father last night, and he gave me these keys to give, to you" and said you to put the tenants he had evicted back in their homes again. Then you can live here in this house, and I am to have this crock of god." "Very good", said the gentleman, "and here is your hundred pounds". The workman started home with the gold on his back. The farmer and his daughter saw him coming, and they wondered what he had on his back.
When he reached the house the farmer said to him, "you must meet with some good luck". "Yes" he said. The workman threw the bag on the floor. "Here now is a bag of gold", said the workman, "and I am worthy of your daughter". "Yes" said the farmer, "you can have her". So the workman and farmer's daughter were married in a short time after, and they lived happily together ever afterwards.
