  1. If a funeral leaves a house scattered it is believed that it is a very clear indication of another funeral from the village.
    The chairs that a coffin rests on outside a house before the funeral starts are knocked over by some relative or neighbour of the dead person. If this is not done, it is believed that another funeral will shortly leave the same house.
    A long thin streak of fog leading from a house, is a sign that someone will die soon in that house, as the streak of fog is regarded as the funeral leaving the house.
