Once upon a time there was a boy hired in a farmer house.

Once upon a time there was boy hired in a farmer's house. One day while at his dinner he began to complain of how much turnips he got and very little meat. At any rate he ate the little bit of meat and asked for more. The woman of the house looked at him and said "If you eat any more meat the bull will be roaring inside of you." The boy was very clever and said "It won't be for the want of turnips he will be roaring."
