  1. There are wells at Paddy McLaughlin's along the Carndonagh Road. Two of them are always boiling but one of them ceased to boil. Many people go for cures to them. A dalkin can cure the sting of a nettle and the blue bag is used for a bee sting. Blacksally bark and butter cures warts and washing soda is also used on them.
