you will find some money to buy soap" The old woman shared her bread with the little woman and after their scanty meal the little went out. Next morning the old woman went out and looked under the stone and got four pennie's and every morning all winter their were four pennies under the white stone. One day a neighbour woman said to Mary Anne How is it that your clothes are so white or how can you afford to buy soap." Mary Anne was so proud that she told the secret about the four pennies and next morning when she lifted the stone there were no pennies under it. She then remembered what the small woman told her to keep the secret so Mary Anne was very sorry for telling her neighbour.
