  1. There was a man long ago and he was a little bit silly. He went to the priest to confess one day. The priest asked him how many sins he committed he said he didn't know as he didn't remember them. The priest then told him to put a stone in the road side ditch as soon as he committed any sin in the future. The silly man did this and the next day he was going to confession he took a big bag and filled it with stones. He went to the town then and left the bag outside the chapel door and then went into the chapel and went across and into the confession box.
The priest asked him "How many sins he had committed and he replied "There is a bag of stones outside the chapel door and for every one he had committed a sin and that there was a full cart of "God damn yes's" coming over the street.
